I wanted to write and thank you so much for the amazing experience had at New England Eye and Facial Specialist. I am a 39 year old mother of 3 young boys, who works full time as a nurse in a busy emergency department. In the past few years I have been seeing those small lines and wrinkle's getting larger and deeper. Your wonderful Physician Assistant Maria Rivera told me about Peleve' and what it could do for me. I have never even had a facial let alone a cosmetic procedure, but the benefits she discussed had me so interested, I just had to try it.

I arrived at your Andover facility to a warm and inviting staff which immediately calmed my nerves. Once in my private room, Maria and her assistant explained the non invasive procedure, exactly what I would feel and everything that would happen and . . all before we even started. I was relaxed and at ease when we began. . . . to my surprise it felt more like a spa treatment than a cosmetic procedure!Maria explained each area she was focusing on and the benefits that I would see, she also discussed any minor side effects I may experience.

I was very excited when the treatment was completed and a little nervous when she went to get the mirror. I was absolutely amazed at the difference!!!  The fine lines below my eyes had all but vanished . . and the crowsfeet were gone . . even with the huge smile on my face. Best of all, my laugh lines (which were obvious even when I wasn't even laughing!) had diminished to the point where they were barely visible. I was more than satisfied, I was ecstatic with the results of my Peleve' treatment, your facility and your amazing staff. I would highly recommend a visit to any friends, family and strangers alike who are thinking of ways to get a younger appearance with out the invasiveness of more intense therapies.
